The party decided to go right at the enemy on their own ship. They have killed a lot of crew, but still looking for where to do damage, and they've expended a lot of resource and sounded the alarm.

Sentient Skies doesn't have a lot about how many aliens of various types are on the ship, but using the tables for various decks (especially the mess halls and the crew quarters) you can get an idea for how many will be coming down on them.
