Warning: This item is a dungeon breaker. I don't often rely on locked doors that make the party go and find a key, probably because in Mind Weave teleportation is cheap, but this puts it in the players' hands to level hop as desired. I figure that's not for everyone, but I like the players to have freedom to get themselves into real messes from time to time.
