I'm just not sure the players are into this procedurally generated delve of mine. It's kind of filler material when they're not up to the other things. Well, that and an experiment in procedural dungeons, since that makes something really vast easier to generate. My other approaches to large spaces are just random tables or a massive real world map with encounter tables.
If I do need to push them toward it, rumors of what's inside or rival delvers should do it.

Searching for more information about the lay of the land around the bugbear crag, the party ends up ambushing a patrol, but when the ambush doesn't get surprise, the battle is far more even than intended.
